Connections or Relationships

Remember that using Social Media does not replace the need to develop deep relationships. Better to have fewer connections who you know on a first name basis than many who are just a connection or contact name to you. Even better when those connections and contacts need and want your products and services and you need and want theirs. Depth will come from personal referrals and recommendations to their connections.
